Any possible shipping questions you might have, we've got you covered!
Once our warehouse receives your order, they will verify the order and begin the packing and quality check process. This can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email and SMS.
We've worked very hard to reduce our shipping costs in order to offer free international shipping! Typically we expect orders to arrive within 7-14 days.
North America: 7-9 business days
Europe: 8-12 business days
Rest of World: 9-14 business days
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can then check the tracking status of your order here.
Due to COVID-19, shipping can take longer than expected. Additionally, you may see that your package has arrived in your country, but has not yet been delivered. This is due to customs, and we have no control over when customs releases certain packages!
Due to the increased demand of global shipping as a result of the pandemic, we have experienced some delays of up to an additional 5-10 days for some orders.
However, we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure these delays are minimized wherever possible.
This depends on your country. Typically we use DHL and e-packet for international shipping. Once the package arrives in your country, a local courier will complete the final delivery stage to your door.
We have fulfillment warehouses in both the US and China. Depending on stock levels, your order may ship from either location.
